Since 1983 the Land Family has created a reputation of Texas style Barbeque and Mississipp style farm raised catfish. Slow cooked beef brisket and pork shoulders with St. Louis cut ribs, sausage, chicken, ham and turkey. And of course there's our special recipe homemade sauce, hushpuppies and onion rings.
